Since I was very young, I have believed in astrology, science and miracles world. I know I am not religious but spiritual. Often wonder whether there is a connection between the chakras, and astrology. I have a lot of questions about the planets, the cosmos, the existence of energy, the spirit guides, the animal kingdom, all of being in and out the Earth and Samsara. I wonder why we are here and who we are. What life is about. All the questions I asked myself before become guidance for my spiritual growth now. It takes me further to the spiritual state.
Based in Singapore and Paris, my major was fashion design. At the age of 27 I was seeking relief from depression-anxiety, insomnia, eating disorder, grief and chronic physical tension.
- The way to go inward with Yoga and to heal with Reiki
I started to come back to yoga last year after a long break and discovered how to heal all my suffering in my life by breathing slowly and deepen into my breath. As part of my inner transformational work I found sound healing, reiki and other alternative pathways for self-develop. This led me to incorporate my passion for art, movement, and music into my certificated 200hr YTT in Mindfulness and Hatha Yoga, also a Sound Healing and second degree Reiki. My classes blend alignment-based movements, incorporating postures, meditation and mindful works. My teaching highlights the importance of finding balance in body, mind and spirit to live a joyful life.
Follow my teachers Hang Nhan and Sarah Martin from Saigon Om, I believe that yoga should be enjoyable and available to everyone. It does not matter how flexible you are or whether you can touch your toes. Every pose can be adapted. Nothing fancy just safety first. It is my teaching intention.
- The Power of Sound ...
The idea that sound affects the health of the mind and body is not new. Chanting and mantra recitation have been part of Hindu spirituality and the healing power of yoga for thousands of years. In other words, some sounds simply make us feel better than others. Whether our conscious minds are paying attention or not, our bodies take their cues from these sounds and rhythms, knowing when to get energized and when to slow down.
I am certified as Tibetan singing bowl therapist in 2019 after a long time paying attention to explore and practicing.
The power of sound is astonishing. It helps people come home to themselves, to feel deeply nourished by finding harmony, to calm their minds and free their bodies from today’s hectic lifestyles.
I am forever a student of the light and of love. I am looking forward to share my healing journey with you.
