I was drawn to Yoga by accident. I had some free time and would like to do something different in my everyday routine. I took my first yoga class in 2007 and found my own new journey.
The more I practicing, the more I understand and be able to explain about ME, my body, my surrounding, my mind. I was then more confident and decided to follow this path for longer time.
In the practice, my main focus is on the full range of benefits and sensations that yoga creates in the body. I enjoy practicing with others, as there are always great things to learn. The more I learn, the more I would love to share, to enhance the connection between self-awareness and body movements.
I also believe the firm foundation will lead us to solid inner peace and stability.
At home, I am practicing Vinyasa; Ashtanga and Jivamukti.
